Parents ask me all of the time – “How can I get my children to eat more vegetables?” My favorite hack is a green smoothie. Packed full of nutrients.
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 large handful (about 2 cups) spinach
- 1.5 cups almond milk or coconut water
- Optional: Add hemp seeds or 1 scoop protein powder
- Blend and enjoy!!!
